Our services are structured to help small and middle market companies maximize value and/or minimize loss whether they need a little help over time, a lot of help immediately, or it is time to exit. We are industry agnostic, operate in or out of court, and offer a range of services to assist companies from $5M up to $150M in revenue (a little smaller or bigger is ok too).

If your bank is talking "workout" or next week's payroll is in jeopardy, we offer turnaround and interim management support for crises of all levels of urgency. If it is time to move on, our exit and asset disposition advisory services (including M&A and liquidation) can maximize recovery. And, we act as (or provide support to) fiduciaries including trustees, receivers, assignees, etc. On the other hand, if your situation is not so dire, perhaps a division is lagging or your start-up isn't getting traction or overall results have been mediocre, our performance improvement services can help as well.
