It is against human nature to ask for help when we most need it, to think about paying a consultant when money is in short supply, or to invite a stranger to see the inner workings of our upheaval. But, too often, those we can help the most wait until it is too late and we wind up helping them wind things down. We can help make that a little easier too but we prefer to help companies survive and thrive.

Our mission is to provide fast, reasonably priced, experienced financial and operational help whether you are in need of a focused improvement in a single area, your entire business is in crisis and you have tried everything else, or you are ready to exit. Many consultants are technically skilled; but, unlike some, we believe that the intangibles of how we work with you and how we leave you prepared to move forward and how you feel after working with us are as important as the tangible financial results we generate.
